Installation

- Change the game resolution mode to "Fullscreen Windowed" and save the settings.
- Download the software.
- Launch and use the software.
Troubleshooting
Windows Defender deleted the file
This is a false positive. Download the file again and add the folder to Defender exclusions. If it keeps happening, open a ticket.
Cannot connect to the server
Check your connection. Turn off any VPN or proxy — they can block it. Some ISPs block DNS; switch your DNS to 1.1.1.1.
Download failed
Retry and make sure there is free disk space. If it still fails, download directly through your browser or open a ticket.
Says it is active on another device
One account runs on one computer at a time. The slot frees up a few minutes after you close the loader.
Stuck waiting for CS2
Start CS2 first and wait for the game to load fully. If FaceIT anti-cheat is running, close it.
