Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Law of Uzbekistan on Personal Data ZRU-547. Last updated: 11.10.2026.
We collect only the data needed to run the service, keep it secure, and meet legal requirements. This policy explains what, why, where and how long we store, and your rights.
1. Data Owner and Operator
The owner and operator of the personal data database is the seller who runs the Adolfjon.uz platform:

2. What data do we collect?

3. How do we use data?
- Running your account, license, access rights and sessions;
- Fulfilling orders and processing payments and refunds;
- Providing the boost service — connecting to Steam on your behalf;
- Security, detecting and preventing fraud and multi-accounting;
- Technical support and notifications;
- Improving service quality and stability;
- Meeting legal requirements (responding to official requests).
4. Legal Bases and Consent
- Consent — by accepting the Terms of Use and this policy at registration, you consent to the processing described here;
- Performance of contract — to provide the service (account, payment, license);
- Legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention;
- Legal obligation — retention and disclosure duties.
Password safety — important warning:
- We never store your password in plain text — only as an irreversible hash.
- At registration, choose a new, unique password not used on other sites.
- Do not enter your password repeatedly or on suspicious pages. Repeated failed attempts temporarily lock the account.
- We never ask for your password via Telegram, email or chat — such a request is fraud (phishing).
5. Third Parties and Cross-Border Transfer
Guarantee: we never sell your personal data.
We share data only with providers needed to run the service, and only as much as needed:
- Hosting provider — servers;
- Cloudflare Turnstile / Google reCAPTCHA — bot protection (at registration and login);
- Google, Discord, Telegram — if you log in or link through them; Telegram bot — notifications;
- Valve (Steam) — connecting to Steam servers to run the boost service;
- YouTube — videos on pages (youtube-nocookie);
- Banks and Telegram (Stars) — processing payments and refunds;
- Government authorities — only upon lawful request (court order or official request).
These foreign services may process part of the data (e.g. IP, browser data, OAuth ID) outside Uzbekistan — only for the purposes above. By accepting the terms you consent to this.
6. Retention Periods

7. Security Measures
- Passwords are stored as an irreversible hash;
- Steam sign-in data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM;
- All communication over HTTPS (encrypted);
- Fraud protection via CSRF, rate-limiting, honeypot and device fingerprint;
- Access to data is restricted and logged.
8. Your Rights (ZRU-547)
- Know what data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- Have inaccurate data corrected;
- Request deletion of your account and data;
- Withdraw your consent;
- Lodge a complaint with the authorized government body.

9. Cookies and Changes
Full cookie details are in the Cookie Policy. This policy may be updated; we will announce material changes on the platform.
