Platform intellectual property is protected in accordance with the copyright and IP legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Last updated: 11.10.2026.

1. Platform Property

The following are owned by the Platform and all rights remain with it — none are transferred to the User:

• The Platform name, the "Adolfjon.uz" brand and all associated rights;
• Logo, graphic design and visual identity;
• Software (loader, LITE, admin panel, backend) and source code;
• Database structure, algorithms and mechanics (XP, streak, referral system);
• Platform content: news, guides, product descriptions.

2. Limited License Granted to the User

The Platform grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right of use — solely for personal use under the purchased plan. This license does not include:

• Copying, distributing, reselling or renting the software;
• Reverse-engineering the code (decompiling, disassembling);
• Removing or circumventing software protection;
• Unauthorized commercial use of the Platform name, logo or brand;
• False claims of official partnership with the Platform or registering similar domains;
• Unauthorized copying and distribution of Platform content;
• Automated database collection (scraping).

3. User-Generated Content

• Full responsibility for content in your profile, bio and ticket messages lies with you.
• Content protected by third-party copyright must not be placed in publicly visible areas.
• The Platform receives a limited license to display and store this content; the license terminates upon account deletion.

4. Reporting IP Violations

If Platform content infringes your intellectual property rights, contact the support service: provide your full name, a description of the violation, and the relevant content/page link. Requests are handled within 5 business days.

5. Sanctions
