Data Compliance

1. Legal Framework
- Law of Uzbekistan on Personal Data ZRU-547;
- Civil Code of Uzbekistan (Articles 367, 369 — public offer);
- Law of Uzbekistan on Consumer Protection;
- For international users — generally recognized data protection principles (GDPR-style approach).
2. Processing Principles
- Lawfulness and transparency — only on a lawful basis and openly;
- Purpose limitation — data only for stated purposes;
- Minimization — only the necessary amount of data;
- Accuracy — keeping data up to date;
- Storage limitation — only for the necessary period;
- Integrity and confidentiality — technical and organizational measures;
- Accountability — responsibility to demonstrate compliance.
3. Data Breach Policy
If a data security breach is detected, we immediately act to contain the impact, investigate the incident, and — where required by law — notify affected users and the authorized body without undue delay.
4. Consent and Withdrawal
Processing of optional data is based on your consent (e.g., accepting the terms at registration). You may withdraw consent at any time via a ticket; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Subprocessors and Transfers
The providers we engage (hosting, Cloudflare, payment, reCAPTCHA, OAuth) process data only on instruction and under a duty of protection. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.
