1. Subject

The platform grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the digital product (software, license, token). The User pays for this right.

2. Acceptance

Acceptance includes: registration, payment, token activation, or software launch. The contract is deemed concluded upon acceptance.

3. Product Delivery

Tokens are delivered digitally. The moment the token is sent or displayed in the user's cabinet = delivery completed. Activation is the user's responsibility.

4. Prices

Prices are listed in UZS. The administration may change prices without prior notice, but changes will not apply retroactively to paid orders.

5. Refunds

If a product is not delivered, does not match its description, or the program does not work on your device and support cannot fix it — you get your money back. An activated token is not refunded because you changed your mind. An approved refund is credited to your balance within 3 days; unused top-up funds are returned to your payment method within 10 working days. Claims — via a ticket within 14 days. 6. Force Majeure

True force majeure covers only events outside the Administration's control that could not reasonably be foreseen or prevented: natural disasters, nationwide internet infrastructure failures, or government orders directly requiring suspension of the Platform. Game updates and anti-cheat changes are foreseeable operating risks inherent to this type of software; the User accepts these risks upon purchase and they do not constitute force majeure. Server outages within the Administration's control are addressed under §8.2 of the Terms of Use.
